The TPG Telecom Ltd (ASX: TPM) share price is up 2% after it issued its response to the ACCC rejecting the idea of its merger, it is taking the case to the Federal Court.

The Orica Ltd (ASX: ORI) share price is up 7.7% after the explosives business reported its half year result showing a large increase of profit.
Shares of Caltex Australia Limited (ASX: CTX) are up 0.2% despite reporting a large profit decrease in its first quarter result of FY19.
However, building construction businesses aren’t looking so good at the moment. The Adelaide Brighton Ltd.
(ASX: ABC) share price dropped 7.9% after providing a market update. The Fletcher Building Limited (ASX: FBU) share price is also down by 3.1%.
The GrainCorp Ltd (ASX: GNC) share price is down a further 3.6% after it reported a disappointing half year report.
