ALL ORDINARIES Index Up, CSL (ASX:CSL) Shares Rise

Australia’s share market, or the All Ordinaries Index (INDEXASX: XAO)(ASX: XAO), is currently up 0.88% at lunch.

The CSL Limited (ASX: CSL) share price is one of the largest gains among the blue chips today, it’s up 2.4%, according to Google Finance. The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX: CBA) share price is also up 2.06%.

Shares of annuity business Challenger Ltd (ASX: CGF) are up 4.6% after providing its update for the September 2018 quarter.

The BHP Billiton Limited (ASX: BHP) share price is down 0.84% after giving its September 2018 quarter production numbers.

(ASX: TRS) shares fell 39% this morning after providing a negative trading update for the year to date.

Shares of A2 Milk Company Ltd (ASX: A2M) are up nearly 7% after updating the market about its progress in the year so far. This seems to have given fellow infant formula business Bellamy’s Australia Ltd (ASX: BAL) a boost too, its share price has risen 6.37% at lunch.
