ALL ORDINARIES Index Down, Suncorp (ASX:SUN) Shares Fall

Australia’s share market, or the All Ordinaries Index (INDEXASX: XAO)(ASX: XAO), is currently down 0.09% at lunch.

The Suncorp Group Ltd (ASX: SUN) share price is down 1.22% this morning with the Hayne Royal Commission continuing to look into the insurance industry.

The Myer Holdings Ltd (ASX: MYR) share price has fallen over 7% after reporting its FY18 result.

Shares of vet clinic business National Veterinary Care Ltd (ASX: NVL) are up 1.3% this morning after announcing the acquisition of Pet Doctors in New Zealand, adding 23 more clinics to its operations.

The Sydney Airport Holdings Pty Ltd (ASX: SYD) share price is down 0.4%, the airport operator announced that the Sydney Gateway is going ahead.

The rising oil price has sent several ASX 200 businesses higher. Monadelphous Group Limited (ASX: MND) is up 3.2% and Santos Ltd (ASX: STO) is up 2.44%.

Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Co. Ltd’s (ASX: SOL) share price has hit another high, it is up 2.65% today.

Bega Cheese Ltd (ASX: BGA) announced late yesterday that it was going to raise $250 million to pay down debt, the share price has fallen over 5% in response.
