Big money is not in the buying or selling, but in the waiting.
Charlie Munger
For my own portfolio, I like to find ASX shares that are growing their dividends. Growth is an essential part of the dividend equation for me. I want to see that the dividend increases are funded by growing earnings and/or growing underlying asset values. I also have a portion of my portfolio invested in an ETF that picks undervalued global businesses with strong competitive advantages.
For Rask Media, I have an interest in covering technology (and tech-related) businesses with a global growth story, as well as cyclical companies that are cheaply priced because they’re at a low point in the cycle, such as retailers and resource businesses which could benefit strongly in the medium-term.

Could the Westpac Banking Corp (ASX:WBC) share price be a buy after revealing its FY21 recovery is on track? Profit soared in HY21.

The Nick Scali Limited (ASX:NCK) share price is up after revealing a strong update for FY21 with big sales growth in the third quarter.

I think there are some really good ASX 200 (ASX:XJO) dividend shares that are contenders as consistent income ideas.

I’d love to buy these 2 exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in May 2021. One favourite is Betashares Global Quality Leaders ETF (ASX:QLTY).
