Australia’s ALL ORDINARIES (INDEXASX:XAO)(ASX:XAO) closed higher on Wednesday as QBE Insurance Group Ltd (ASX:QBE) shares push back.

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) shares have hardly budged today despite Australia’s largest company being embroiled in yet another scandal.

The Australian share market, or S&P/ASX 200 (INDEXASX:XJO)(ASX:XJO), is expected to open in positive territory on Wednesday, as the Australian Dollar (A$) (AUDUSD) sits over 80 cents.

Australia’s ALL ORDINARIES (INDEXASX:XAO)(ASX:XAO) index closed higher on Tuesday, lifted by ResMed Inc. (CHESS) (ASX:RMD) shares.

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) profit soared again following yet another strong quarter from the world’s leading online streaming service.

Shares of the leading Australian biotechnology company ResMed Inc. (CHESS) (ASX:RMD) bounced 8% on Tuesday following a bumper quarterly report.

Shares of QBE Insurance Group Ltd (ASX:QBE) slumped 5% on Tuesday following a trading update and profit downgrade.
