ALL ORDINARIES Index Rises, Woolworths (ASX:WOW) Share Price Up

The Woolworths Group Ltd (ASX: WOW) share price is currently up almost 3% after the supermarket company announced that it’s going to merge its Endeavour Drinks business and its ALH hotel business with the idea of divesting that combined business in 2020.

The share price of Vocus Group Ltd (ASX: VOC) is down 2.9% as the business provided earnings guidance for FY20 with profit expected to be roughly flat.

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX: CBA) share price is down another 0.4% after the RBA’s interest rate cut yesterday and CBA’s subsequent response.

Shares of Pushpay Holdings Ltd (ASX: PPH) are in a trading halt as one of the co-founders of Pushpay is looking to sell a substantial portion of his shares to other investors.

The GBST Holdings Limited (ASX: GBT) share price is up another 14.5% with a revised $3.60 non-binding indicative proposal from SS&C Technologies.
