ALL ORDINARIES Index Up, Afterpay (ASX:APT) Share Price Rises

Australia’s share market, or the All Ordinaries Index (INDEXASX: XAO)(ASX: XAO), is currently up 0.78% at lunch.

The Afterpay Touch Group Ltd (ASX: APT) share price is currently up by 3.3% as investors become excited by the chance that the US Federal Reserve may cut US interest rates. The Zip Co Ltd (ASX: Z1P) share price is also up by 2.35%.

The Westpac Banking Corp (ASX: WBC) share price is up 1.6% in reaction to the bank’s decision not to pass on the full RBA rate cut yesterday.

The share price of Splitit Ltd (ASX: SPT) is up 13.7% after making an announcement regarding a partnership with a Hong Kong company.

Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (ASX: CLW) shares are currently in a trading halt as it raises capital to make an acquisition.

At the bottom the ASX 200 performance table is the Vocus Group Ltd (ASX: VOC) share price, it has fallen 19.1% after prospective buyer EQT Infrastructure decided to walk away after doing some quick due diligence.
