For my own portfolio, I like to find ASX shares that are growing their dividends. Growth is an essential part of the dividend equation for me. I want to see that the dividend increases are funded by growing earnings and/or growing underlying asset values. I also have a portion of my portfolio invested in an ETF that picks undervalued global businesses with strong competitive advantages.
For Rask Media, I have an interest in covering technology (and tech-related) businesses with a global growth story, as well as cyclical companies that are cheaply priced because they’re at a low point in the cycle, such as retailers and resource businesses which could benefit strongly in the medium-term.

The ResMed Inc (ASX:RMD) share price is under the spotlight after the company announced it had sold its MatrixCare software segment.

The Netwealth Group Ltd (ASX:NWL) share price rose more than 6% in response to a partnership with Morgan Stanley.

The WiseTech Global Ltd (ASX:WTC) share price is up 8% after announcing a leadership change with the Chair.

The A2 Milk Company Ltd (ASX:A2M) share price rose 4% after giving a pleasing FY26 result expectations update.

The Vault Minerals Ltd (ASX:VAU) share price is up 11% after the ASX gold share announced it had received a larger takeover offer.

The BHP Group Ltd (ASX:BHP) share price was one of the best performers in the S&P/ASX 200 Index (ASX: XJO) in the 2026 financial year.

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX: CBA) share price had a very difficult 2026 financial year, significantly underperforming the S&P/ASX 200 Index (ASX: XJO).

The Coles Group Ltd (ASX:COL) share price has dropped heavily after rumours regarding a potential takeover tilt at the Greencross business.
