Love the podcast!! Long time listener. I have had an investment in Brisbane for 11 years. Would you, wait for the the Olympics for potential growth? Or sell and invest in Melbourne long term?

Hey team! Have listened for many years and always enjoy each show, so thank you!
I have an investment property in Adelaide which I intend to keep for the long term.
I am considering installing solar, from a pure cost / benefit analysis I would be in the red initially, but I believe the benefits would lie in increased tenant interest and rental prices in the future.
Would love to get your thoughts.
