ALL ORDINARIES Flat, MYOB (ASX:MYO) Shares Rise

Australia’s share market, or the All Ordinaries Index (INDEXASX: XAO)(ASX: XAO), is currently flat at lunch.

The Myob Group Ltd (ASX: MYO) share price is up by 14% at midday because the accounting software business announced that its directors are recommending the KKR takeover offer to shareholders.

Shares of telco Vocus Group Ltd (ASX: VOC) are down 1.6% despite announcing a new partnership deal with Optus for 5G & future technologies.

Flight Centre Travel Group Ltd (ASX: FLT) shares are up nearly 1% after agreeing to acquire Silicon Valley based Casto Travel to increase its presence in the US$300 billion US corporate travel market.

The IOOF Holdings Limited (ASX: IFL) share price is up 5.1%. Late on Friday the financial business announced that it has agreed to APRA licence conditions and has a timetable to meet various requirements.

Shareholders of Pilbara Minerals Ltd (ASX: PLS) are getting an early Christmas present from Santa, its share price is up 8.6%, it has created the second biggest rise behind MYOB in the ASX200.
