ALL ORDINARIES Index Up, Rio Tinto (ASX:RIO) Shares Rise

Australia’s share market, or the All Ordinaries Index (INDEXASX: XAO)(ASX: XAO), is currently up 0.59% at lunch.

The share prices of resource businesses are among some of the strongest today with Rio Tinto Limited (ASX: RIO) up 1.3%, Woodside Petroleum Limited (ASX: WPL) up 1.2% and South32 Ltd (ASX: S32) is up 1.2%.

Shares of Corporate Travel Management Ltd (ASX: CTD) went into a trading halt after the short seller issued a rebuttal and now management want time to formulate another reply. The share price of Corporate Travel is down 30% over the past month.

The Greencross Limited (ASX: GXL) has drifted 0.2% lower today after announcing it was subject to a takeover.

Organic infant formula business Bellamy’s Australia Ltd (ASX: BAL) is up 4.3%, making it the biggest gain within the ASX 200 so far.

At the negative end of the ASX 200 is lithium business Orocobre Limited (ASX: ORE), its share price is down 3.1% so far at lunch.
